Includes an extensive review of service and post-service records and a detailed, individualized Nexus Letter. Pricing varies based on scope and complexity.
All fees are flat-rate and based on professional time, expertise, and record review. No contingency or outcome-based fees are charged.

- Why is there a price range instead of a single flat fee?
Each case is unique. Pricing depends on the number of conditions, complexity of the medical issues, and the volume of records reviewed.
- Do you guarantee VA claim approval or a higher rating?
No. Medical opinions are based on available evidence and professional medical judgment. Final decisions are made solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs. - Do you charge a percentage of my VA award?
No. All services are flat-fee only. We do not charge contingency or outcome-based fees. - What records do I need to provide?
Typically service treatment records, VA medical records, and any relevant civilian medical documentation. Specific requirements are reviewed during intake. - How long does the process take?
Timelines vary depending on record volume and complexity. Estimated turnaround times are provided after records are reviewed. - When is payment due?
Payment for the 30-minute consultation is required prior to the scheduled time. If, after the consultation, it is determined that a nexus letter is appropriate, payment for the nexus letter must be received before the letter is drafted or prepared.
